Won’t You Be Our Neighbor?

We’ve all had one. That one neighbor, who in an instant can devalue your home, the neighbor that scares all the kids on the block, the neighbor that refuses to put up Christmas lights, the neighbor that uses profanity in front of your kids, or can ruin a backyard BBQ in one fail sweep of a subwoofer. We have all had that one terrible neighbor.

But what about the great ones? Those neighbors that become your best friends, the ones who come sleep on your couch because your other child is headed to the hospital, the one that called the police because they saw someone suspicious in your side yard and of course our favorite, those neighbors who are like family and know just when you need that glass of wine or hot casserole to brighten your day.

Great neighbors are EVERYTHING.

So, why 1211 E Acacia Ave? El Segundo has a wonderfully supportive community, but the 1200 block of E. Acacia, brings the feeling of support to a whole new meaning. Five houses on this beautiful cul-de-sac have families with small children. Children that are out in the cul-de-sac scootering, biking, playing hide-and-seek, bouncing from house to house on Saturday mornings in their jammies, jumping on trampolines and most of all, everyone is looking out for everyone’s else’s kids. Along with dozens of wonderful kids, this block has families that have been here for decades. Families that have deep roots in their community and take such pride in their block that has become an incredibly safe and wonderful place to be. The 1200 block of E Acacia has a built in family. People walking their dogs, waving hello and sitting on their front porches toasting to the simple life of putting their feet up, after a hard days work.

So come by our open house this Saturday & Sunday from 2-4pm to meet your new neighbors! It’s a great crew over here on the 1200 block. But don’t take our word for it, come see for yourself.
